Join workers and union members from around Thurston-Lewis-Mason Counties to learn how to make our unions, communities, and organizations stronger and more effective!
Who: Rank and file union members, union curious workers, officers, and staff from all unions who want to boost their skills, start a union in their workplace and build community
Date: Saturdays, Jan 31, April 25, July 25, October 31, 2026
Registration costs: $20 for each day school. Your union may be able to sponsor your registration.
Food: Coffee, a light breakfast (pastries), a full lunch, and refreshments will be offered throughout the day.

The Saturday series will feature workshops to build your skills as a union member, covering topics including:
Better Approaches to 1:1 Conversations · Planning campaigns around grievances · Participatory and engaging bargaining · Building workplace organizing networks · Running Effective New Employee Orientations · Building bridges across political and culture war divides · Strategy and Power: Campaign Planning · and much more!
The series will also feature panel discussions with movement leaders, community strategy sessions, and chances to socialize with workers from diverse sectors.

**Note on Tickets**: To register for all 4 schools at once, please purchase the ticket type "Full Year Registration", and simply select January 31, 2026 as the date. You will get reminders and entry to the other 3 schools as well.
